Get New Weight Loss Crutch.
Ideas to eat less – to live life more.
You need a crutch. It doesn’t matter if it’s Weight Watchers, HCG, or the Everlasting GobStopping Cleanse Diet. They all get down to two things: eating less, or getting it out faster. The rest is just window dressing – crutches.
When you know that, you can start choosing better weight loss crutches. More attractive crutches. Fashionable crutches.
After a while you realize you’ve been paying someone else a lot of money for a bunch of different crutches. At some point, shouldn’t you realize you could be paying yourself for your own weight loss crutch?
Or make the decision you don’t need a crutch at all. Or at least run upside down with them?
Would eliminating weight loss crutches make your day lighter?

Boyd, a recovering Attorney, turned to weight loss research 20 years ago when he lost his mother to the lifelong effects of obesity. He has spent the ensuing years searching the science, and formulating a comprehensive metabolic map of the body — the only complete map of its kind. The map reveals the causes and effects of obesity and related chronic lifestyle diseases. It shows the only proven pathways to preventing and losing excess weight. From that unique foundation, he and his team created a weight loss education program that has helped tens of thousands to lose weight and keep it off. Plus, they created innovative and fun fitness and nutrition education programs for elementary school children, proven to reduce the early bio-markers for childhood obesity. HEART PLAN is a collection of his observations over the years of the emotional impact and motivational challenges nearly everyone faces when trying to keep lost weight off permanently.

That is some really great advice.
I thing weight loss plans are good for some people. However, eating healthy maintains weight–and that’s a lifestyle choice. Definitely have to drop the crutches.
It is all about eating foods that are full of nutrients and staying active. If you really work hard, you could change the way you live for the better and stay more active.
I could use some good advice on how to lose a little extra weight. Thanks so much!
That is an interesting point of view… have weight loss programs as a crutch. I guess you just need to commit t making changes.
I totally see your point. I’ve never used weight loss programs because I know they’re not forever. I like to make changes that are long lasting.
I found that counting calories and exercisin to be the most effective for me. I need to do this again but I can’t exercise much at the moment. Hopefully, my new doctor can help relive some of my pain so I can exercise lightly again.
Wow, that’s a cool picture with the crutches! My feet have started swelling really badly and I’m wondering if it’s weight-related. Time to check it out with the doctor!
What a fun photo! I recently decided that it was time for me to make a life change. I started exercising, but for me it’s not about the weight. I am overweight, but I am not ashamed of my body. I just want to be more active and feel better. I want to be fit, not necessarily thin.
I am fortunate that my husband is a professional athlete, so it is part of his job to maintain a healthy and strong body. He keeps me motivated, thats for sure!
Sounds like an interesting read! Have to learn more about it. It’s important to feel well and do everithing to be happy and healthy. Thanks for sharing.
These are great suggestions! I’m sure I would fall on my head if I tried that crutches trick though 🙂

Wow I find it impressive how that man can hold himself up on those crutches.
I think weight loss plans can be beneficial for about a month or two. After that, it should be sink or swim!
I did Weight Watchers plan years ago and it really helped me. I have always been sad that there is no Weight Watchers here in Ecuador because even though it’s crutches it helps. The social support and guidance is something that just gives you the extra push.
Great advice! Thanks for the reminder. 🙂
Great advice and great info. I don’t really need to loose weight per se, what I do not to need is get my butt off the chair and work out!
